PAYROLL SERVICE INFORMATION
Caregivers referred by us are paid directly by the customer and are not employees of Sostek. For customers who prefer to have a professional payroll service handle their payroll and withholdings, our trained office staff can assist you in locating resources where you can purchase this service. It's fast, easy, and it saves you time!
WORKERS COMPENSATION INFORMATION
If you are unable to obtain workers compensation through your own insurance agent, please feel free to contact us. At your request we can quickly guide you to an insurance professional who is accustomed to working with household employers.
LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE
We are finding that some of our customers now carry private long-term care insurance which pays for their home care services. If you carry this insurance, please let us know if your policy contains specific requirements in order for you to access the benefits from your long-term care insurance company.
It is our policy to protect the privacy and personal information of our customers. We do not disclose, share or distribute any information about our customers to anyone outside of our team except as specifically permitted by law or as authorized by a customer.
